Registration Deadline for Week One – June 13th
Registration Deadline for Week Two – July 1st

Registration Instructions:

1.  Please complete the registration form at the bottom of this page and click the “Register” button.  If the form is submitted successfully, you will receive an automatic email reply.

2.  Click the “Add to Cart” button under “$50 Non-Refundable Deposit.”  A shopping cart will appear at the bottom of the page with your total.  Click the “Checkout with PayPal” button to pay securely through PayPal.  The $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of registration.  Please note that registration is not complete until this is paid.  The PayPal processing fee will be waived for the DEPOSIT ONLY.

3.  The remaining balance is due June 1st.  This can be paid by check or through the PayPal buttons below. 
If you wish to pay the entire balance when you register, please add the $50 Deposit to your cart in addition to the Camp Tuition.


However, there is a 3% processing fee added to payments made through PayPal towards the remaining balance. This will show as a “shipping fee.”  Checks may made out to “The Gallery Winds” and mailed to:

Due to the planning required for ensemble groups and music selection,
we are unable to issue any refunds after June 1st.

Non-Refundable Deposit: $50

One Week Camp Tuition: $345
(+$50 Deposit = $395 Total)

Two Week Camp Tuition: $650 
(+$50 Deposit = $700 Total)

Family Discount: $25 per Sibling

Pre-formed Woodwind Quintet Discount: $25 Off for Each Member of a Pre-Formed Woodwind Quintet (Members must include Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Horn and Bassoon to qualify and all members must register as a pre-formed quintet)
